Single Building Transformation
Water plant project in the Southeastern Suburb of Xi'an
This project uses local river water as the heat exchange source at the Xi’an Southeast Water Factory, and has been providing heating and cooling since 2014. The water can be 3°C in winter, which significantly increases the difficulty of heat extraction, relative to warmer source water. The building area to be heated is 5000㎡ and indoor temperature winter temperature is about 22°C. This is a typical project for a cold region using cold heating season surface water sources. Compared to traditional heating systems, it saves about 40 tons of coal and reduce CO2 emissions by 100 tons, SO2 by 1 tons, NOX by 2 tons, and dust/particulates by 7 tons, every heating season.
